How do I request a Loan Increase?

After you log in, click on the “Pay Later Funding” tab and click “Request Loan Increase.”

Please Note: The loan increase request function is only available if your lender is Pay at Close Loans.

Type in the amount that you would like to increase the funds. If you want to increase the loan amount by all the funds that you have left, click “Request Full Amount.” Click “Request” to continue.

How much

Success! You have requested a loan increase. Your new loan docs will be emailed to you and funds will be available after you sign.

When you return to your Pay later Funding tab, your new loan increase status will be shown.
